It seems obvious that we've got a lot of problems
And nothing ever happens when we sit around and argue
If we should have a solution to the problem
That we can all agree on before we even try it out

What I am about to propose may seem radical to some of you
But try to keep an open mind when you hear my idea
My idea is simple-all we have to do is come together as a nation
And elect a dog as president

If we had a dog as president of the United States
It would be a better country for many reasons
We wouldn't have any wars because dogs don't know what those are
And also it would just be cool
